After a charge

If you believe a subscription charge was made in error or would like to request a refund, contact support@midtowndogdad.com with the account email and relevant transaction details. Requests are reviewed case by case in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's transaction processes.

Billing provider

Subscription checkout and billing are provided by Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for transactions completed through Paddle.
