Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Austin Keith, an individual sole proprietor, who operates the software product known as MidtownDogDad Business Solutions (“MidtownDogDad Business Solutions,” the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Platform access

The Platform provides multi-tenant business-management software for independent animal-care providers. Each subscribing provider is responsible for its account, authorized users, and the information it chooses to maintain in the Platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. Payment information is required at the start of the trial, but no charge is made during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at $5 per month plus applicable tax until canceled. Paddle provides subscription checkout and billing as authorized reseller and merchant of record for completed Paddle transactions.

Service boundary

The subscription pays for access to the Platform. The Platform does not process payments between animal-care providers and their clients.

Limited Beta

Client-connected functionality is being introduced progressively during limited beta and may not be available to every account.
